✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

Officers have been busy this week preventing crime and making the streets safer. officers have been out with targeted patrols in areas of the north east pf the city. whilst on these patrols officers have been alerted to areas experiencing anti social behaviour in recent weeks. officers patrolled and came across discarded NITROUS OXIDE CANISTERS in the street. these canisters when inhaled are very dangerous and illegal. NITROUS OXIDE is a class c drug under UK law and possesion for recreational use can lead to an unlimited fine or 2 year sin prison. distribution or production of NITROUS OXIDE could lead to up to 14 years in prison.

 officers have also been on mobile high visibility patrols. whilst on in the Foleshill area officers were following a vehicle that was acting suspicious, after speaking to the driver it was discovered that the driver didn't hold a full licence and no insurance. this led to the vehicle being seized and the driver making there way home on foot. 

officers have also completed community engagements working along side the local council after reports of anti social behaviour. this gave residents a chance to speak to police and councillors about any issues they have.

13th of October - police led children's session at Foleshill library 10:00-11:00

15th October- crime prevention at Gallagher retail park 16:00- 17:00

22nd of October- police drop in Foleshill community centre 10:30-12:00

12th of November- PACT meeting Foleshill library 17:15-18:00

19th of November- crim prevention at Gallagher retail par 16:00-18:00

20th of November- cuppa with a copper library 17:45-18:45

21st of November- children story time Foleshill library 14:00-15:00

15th of December- police drop in at Foleshill community centre- 10:30-12:00
